We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional to support the upkeep, repair, and overall reliability of our facility and equipment. In this role, you will help ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment by performing routine maintenance, responding to service requests, and assisting with preventative maintenance tasks. What You Will Do Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Complete preventive maintenance tasks to help reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and minor facility issues as needed. Assist with installations, adjustments, and replacements of parts or equipment. Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and service recommendations. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams when additional support is needed. What We Are Looking For Experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a related technical field. Working knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify practical solutions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Physical ability to lift, move, bend, climb, and perform hands-on maintenance activities as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with preventive maintenance programs. Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Technical certification or training in a maintenance-related discipline. Experience working in a commercial, industrial, residential, or multi-site environment.
