About the role:

This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures of the building and maintaining grounds.

Our Ideal candidate:

• Basic knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least 5 years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. AC certification not required.
• Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a team environment and take direction.
• Schedule is from Monday to Friday and available for overtime. Available to work weekends.
• Must provide own tools.
• Must be able to work independently for on-call hours for maintenance emergencies.
