Job Title:
Maintenance Technician Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the production equipment of the facility. They will perform mechanical duties such as repair and preventative maintenance to pumps, valves, conveyors, sprockets, and gear boxes. Responsibilities Perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on production equipment. Repair pumps, valves, motors, conveyors, sprockets, and gear boxes. Execute welding and fabrication tasks. Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including PLC and 480V equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Essential Skills Proficiency in PLC control and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Mechanical aptitude and industrial maintenance experience. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Welding and fabrication skills. Four years of work experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the food industry. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working with 480V equipment. Knowledge of three-phase motors. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Why Work Here? Current need is for the night shift (graveyard) with rotating days, offering 12-hour shifts from 6 AM to 6:30 PM or 6 PM to 6:30 AM.
