Job Description
H.V.A.C&R
systems, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, water and wastewater systems, carpentry, tile, plumbing, painting and minor automotive repairs. Maintain complete knowledge of hotel fire system, water system, sewage system, and irrigation system Respond to all Guest Requests within a very timely manner Respond to all emergency or life threatening situations Follow established safety procedures Log and communicate all essential information in Engineering logs Duties include emergency on call status Qualifications Minimum of 3-4 year experience as an Engineer / Maintenance Technician, preferably within a hotel or property management environment High school diploma or equivalent, Technical school desired Must be able to operate all Hotel systems and associated equipment Need to be familiar with associated vendors and able to identify replacement parts, materials, and necessary tools Ability to read and follow technical instructions on assembly of mechanical equipment and furniture as well as follow directions on warning labels Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record Additional Information Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
