Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Ability to operate grounds keeping equipmentTrains to maintain and repair all equipment and functions in and around the Casino property excluding gaming equipmentRespond to calls for assistance and minor repairsIndividual will assist in the performance of regular preventive maintenance procedures of plant and kitchen equipment, interior and exterior cosmetic maintenance and fixture/furniture repairs Individual may at times be required to assist in the landscaping maintenanceUse cleaning equipment such as pressure washer, carpet cleaners, floor cleaners and associated chemicalsCleaning tile floors, all walls, ceiling tiles, carpet, HVAC grills etc.

Assists with other maintenance personnel with assigned duties as necessaryAssists with operating company vehicle for the purpose of snow removalWill thoroughly understand the function of all life safety systems
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
Basic reading and writing abilitiesAbility to work safely with power equipment and toolsProficient in life safety systems operation and resettingMust be able to understand and follow MSDS sheetsKnow the location of all safety equipment how to use the safety equipment and check safety equipment Must have a valid driver's licenseBasic computer skillsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Work ExperienceGeneral maintenance experience preferredIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United StatesRegistered with Nevada Gaming Control Board
