Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Ability to operate grounds keeping equipment Trains to maintain and repair all equipment and functions in and around the Casino property excluding gaming equipment Respond to calls for assistance and minor repairs Individual will assist in the performance of regular preventive maintenance procedures of plant and kitchen equipment, interior and exterior cosmetic maintenance and fixture/furniture repairs Individual may at times be required to assist in the landscaping maintenance Use cleaning equipment such as pressure washer, carpet cleaners, floor cleaners and associated chemicals Cleaning tile floors, all walls, ceiling tiles, carpet, HVAC grills etc. Assists with other maintenance personnel with assigned duties as necessary Assists with operating company vehicle for the purpose of snow removal Will thoroughly understand the function of all life safety systemsSkills, Education and Other Requirements:
Basic reading and writing abilities Ability to work safely with power equipment and tools Proficient in life safety systems operation and resetting Must be able to understand and follow MSDS sheets Know the location of all safety equipment how to use the safety equipment and check safety equipment Must have a valid driver's license Basic computer skills High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience General maintenance experience preferred Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States Registered with Nevada Gaming Control BoardBenefits
