The Hotel Engineer will be primarily responsible for: responding to all guest requests, repairs in guest rooms (wall paper, paint, plumbing, electrical), front of the house areas, pool care (cleaning, reading and adding chemicals) and assisting with electrical set-up's in all meeting spaces. Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to performing repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas. Excellent customer service skills, as well as communication skills are required. This is a second shift (swing shift) position.

Job requirements:

• Possess basic trouble shooting skills;
• Should be able to read blue prints & schematics;
• Possess a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry applications;
• Prior hotel experience and CPO are preferred.
