Schedule:

Sunday - Wednesday | 6am-430pm Keep It Running, Keep It Rolling. Maintenance Technician Needed. Job Duties Analyzes and diagnoses mechanical equipment problems and breakdowns

Recommends the correct service and repair actions to resolve equipment performance problems

Makes appropriate equipment repairs or modifications to solve operating and performance problems as dictated by the analysis of the equipment

Performs scheduled maintenance

Follows all scheduled maintenance procedures and policies as dictated by the company.

Secures and maintains service

Keeps the work area clean and hazard-free

Ability to support operations partners through battery changes, facilities plumbing issues, and projects as needed. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required.

Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred. Experience Requirements Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment.

Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, or equipment documentation.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance practices. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.

Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.

Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Maintenance Technician. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.

Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
