In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing a variety of repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance tasks. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety compliance. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohm meters. Trouble shoot/repair and maintain equipment, set-up equipment such as: various types of blenders, screeners, sifters, mills and fillers. Must have the ability to to set up and maintain packaging lines. Install/Transfer Equipment Assist management in equipment and part sourcing Maintain logs and maintenance of scales, forklifts and charging systems. Knowledge and/or training in safety and OSHA requirements. Responsible for maintaining cooling, cooling towers and heating systems. Maintain and repair sinks, painting and plumbing. Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, including supervising team members or contractors when necessary. Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams for repairs or installations. Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols related to electrical work, plumbing, and general facilities maintenance. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for repairs or assistance. Support leadership in maintaining a clean, organized work environment conducive to efficient operations. Able to diagnosed, serviced, and repaired industrial food-grade blenders and mills to ensure safe and efficient operation. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. Strong knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting procedures for complex machinery. Provides general maintenance light construction and repairs for facility and equipment with a strong concentration in electrical equipment. Hands-on experience with electrical systems, plumbing, and light construction is highly desirable. Experience with industrial food-grade Blender and Mill. Experience in repairing forklifts. Experience in electrical work including outlets and wiring. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance setting is advantageous. Ability to read an ohm meter accurately and interpret electrical measurements for diagnostics. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Prior experience in customer service-oriented roles within industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus.
