Job Description
We are a family-owned Multi-Family, Multi-Property Company. We have several Maintenance Positions available!!!
PAY:
$20 / HOURFULL TIME
- M-F / On call when scheduled
Requirements:
- Experience with Apartment Complexes (multi-family) ++EXPERIENCE
WITH GAS FURNACE IS A
MUST++- We strive to provide excellent customer service to our residents and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Multi-family maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge
