Job Opening :
: Hood & Duct Technician Lead The Hood & Duct Technician Lead is responsible for the maintenance and repair of hood and duct systems.
Duties:
Install and repair hood and duct systems and equipment. Maintain an orderly schedule of preventative maintenance throughout the property. Assist in training and supervising team members on hood & duct systems and their operation. Ensure the reliability of back up equipment for emergency use. Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions to their manager immediately. Annual completion of Respirator training and fit test.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent required. Experience in basic plumbing, electrical, and metal fabrication. Must have the ability to work around electrical, water, and gas feed lines. Must have the ability to maintain the restaurant, kitchen hood, and ductwork. Have basic knowledge of working with hand and power tools. Have verbal and written effective communication in the English language.
