In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and aesthetic appeal of residential apartment communities. Your expertise will help create a comfortable, well-maintained environment for residents by performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and facilities management tasks. HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of building systems Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage to prevent leaks and ensure proper function. Perform minor electric repairs, such as light bulb change, light fixture replacement Maintain building interiors through painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and facilities painting to uphold aesthetic standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, Support building interior maintenance by addressing issues related to doors, windows, flooring, and ceilings. Collaborate with property management teams to prioritize work orders and communicate ongoing maintenance projects clearly. Lead or assist in maintenance painting projects or carpentry tasks as needed to enhance property appearance.NO ON CALL
Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial building maintenance with a strong understanding of facilities equipment maintenance. Knowledge of maintenance, repair & operations practices within residential environments. Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively; Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team on complex projects.
