Ideal candidates would be self-motivated, team oriented and customer service focused. Maintenance team members would complete an assortment of tasks including general maintenance, apartment turnovers & property upkeep within our 3000+ unit residential rental portfolio based entirely out of Buffalo, NY. Pay rate commensurate with experience and credentials. Responsibilities
- Daily collaboration with Property Manager/Property Management Team
- Responding to resident placed work orders for in-unit maintenance issues
- Participate in the "make-ready" of vacant apartments leading up to new move-ins
- Keep an organized workspace: on-site shop or company vehicle
- Identify issues, investigate causes and engage outside contractors when necessary
- Rotational/flexible on-call shifts
- General property upkeep: picking up trash from grounds, snow removal, etc.
- Assist with preventative maintenance efforts & property inspections
- Strive to have positive interactions with customers & co-workers
- Snow removal
- Support/fill in Tech I responsibilities as needed Qualifications
- General plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills and/or experience
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
