- 6:30 AM Join a Team That Keeps Production Moving We're seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians who thrive on troubleshooting complex equipment, solving problems, and keeping manufacturing operations running at peak performance.
If you have strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd like to hear from you. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of equipment and systems while contributing to production reliability, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled production equipment. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Maintain facility systems including compressed air, steam, HVAC, refrigeration, water, wastewater, and other plant utilities. Support equipment installations, upgrades, fabrication projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with operations, quality, and sanitation teams to achieve production, safety, and quality goals. Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment . What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Preferred Qualifications Technical degree, trade certification, or industrial maintenance training. Food manufacturing or dairy manufacturing experience. Ammonia refrigeration experience. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated production equipment. Why Join Us?
