We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and versatile individual to join our team as an all around office assistant ("Guy/Gal Friday") for a growing multi location business. About the

Role:

This is a hands on position based primarily in our Babylon location, with occasional support across our other offices. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

General cleaning and organization of office spaces Managing recycling and maintaining a clean work environment Running local errands and transporting items between office and warehouse Assisting office administration and controller with daily tasks Supporting basic office operations and upkeep Learning and assisting with sterilization procedures (training provided) Handling miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (required) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and take initiative Comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities
