MAINTAINER LOCATION
Districtwide HOURS:
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
REPORTS TO
- Building Administrators, Head Custodian & Director of Facilities and Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs, cleans, and assists in installation of alarm system; HVAC control; Inspects, repairs, and installs electrical equipment, computer wiring, etc.; Uses a variety of hand and power tools in construction, remodeling, and repairing doors, windows, floors, cabinets, etc. Supervises unskilled personnel or semi-skilled personnel assigned to assist in maintenance duties; Maintains tools, equipment, and work area. Job Qualifications Fingerprint Clearance Graduation from a vocational or trade school and one year of experience in performing general or specialized maintenance and repair tasks in buildings, and on various types of machinery, equipment, furniture, and tools; or three years of satisfactory experience as outlined above.
