Job Description

Electrical Mechanical Technician - 1st Shift Join our client and put your electrical and mechanical expertise to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining critical production equipment while working with a collaborative team. Job Duties & Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and automated production equipment. Install and repair electrical services, controls, wiring, grounding systems, and process-control equipment using schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and building systems while maintaining accurate CMMS data and completing basic maintenance analysis. Promote a safe, quality-focused work environment by following plant safety procedures and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 3-7 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, or equivalent technical training/experience. Demonstrated experience with 3-phase electrical systems, PLCs, control wiring, electrical controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics. High School Diploma/GED or technical school training; ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. Proficiency with multimeters, hand tools, computers, Microsoft Office, and preferably CMMS; strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with polymer extrusion, ESD-sensitive equipment, or manufacturing processes; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed. Schedule & Compensation 1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30
PM Pay:
$28-$37 per hour, based on demonstrable skills and previous experience.
