Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who is honest, punctual, and possesses a valid driver's license. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to delivering top-notch service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, property managers, and fellow team members
• Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and preparing vacant units for new residents What were looking for:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to handle physical workload and operate various tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
