Description:

Handyman/Maintenance for busy dealership group

Plumbing Repairs:

Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, repairing toilets, and minor pipe repairs.

Electrical Work:

Replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.

Carpentry & Repairs:

Fixing doors, windows, fences, cabinets, and repairing drywall or siding.

Painting & Maintenance:

Interior/exterior painting, caulking, tiling, grouting, and power washing surfaces.

General Maintenance:

Assembling furniture, installing appliances, cleaning gutters, and repairing deck/fence components.

HVAC & Mechanical:

Replacing air conditioning filters, checking HVAC functionality, and maintaining heating systems Must be willing to drive to multiple locations to do work

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Willingness to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting Dependable, punctual, and professional Flexible schedule and adaptable to different work environments Ability to work independently without supervision Ability to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelines Strong communication skills Professional attitude, accountability, and reliability Knowledge of and compliance with all safety requirements Reliable transportation and own basic tools
