Please respond with resume or at least a phone number Summary As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the ongoing operation and safety of residential properties by performing routine and complex upkeep. Reporting to the property or facility manager, you will apply mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills to maintain building interiors, systems, and amenities. You will handle preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and coordinate with vendors as needed. Your strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities will help preserve property value, occupant comfort, and safety in a fast-paced rental environment. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks across building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, flooring, and interior finishes to ensure reliable operation. Inspect, diagnose, and repair issues using hand tools, multimeters, and basic welding or electrical skills; replace components as needed. Maintain painting, flooring, and general remodeling tasks as required for unit and common area upkeep; supervise or assist as needed. Maintain accurate records using a CMMS; report status, parts, and timelines to supervisors; ensure compliance with safety protocols. Assist with project setup, coordinate with residents and vendors, and support leadership in daily maintenance operations.
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
