In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Your expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for both staff and customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills daily while contributing to the ongoing success of our operations. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Repair or replace mechanical components, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment with precision and care. Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Maintaining Lawn Care and Snow Removal Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in repairing mechanical systems and equipment. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Skilled in appliance repair and installation across various types of appliances used in commercial settings. Knowledge of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices to support ongoing facility needs. Ability to operate construction tools safely; experience with construction or renovation projects is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to addressing maintenance concerns; leadership qualities are valued for team collaboration.
