Job Description

Facilities Maintenance Technician David Yaman Realty Services Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues (roll up doors, dock plates, etc) Electrical repair (replace bulbs, ballasts, outlets, switches, breakers, etc.) Operate measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify faults accurately. Perform HVAC maintenance (replace filters, belts, etc) Plumbing repair (faucets, drains, supply lines, water heaters) Roofing (clear roof drains, identify source of leaks, basic repair) Carpentry (basic repair, trim work, door replacement) Operate scissor lift and forklift at times to perform tasks Safe use of ladders Must have personal vehicle that can transport ladders, tools, trash, etc
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
