Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pool Service Laborer, where you'll receive comprehensive paid training to develop essential skills in pool maintenance and repair. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, learn technical trade skills, and provide exceptional service to our customers. No prior experience is necessary—just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for outdoor work! As a vital member of our team, you'll help ensure pools are safe, clean, and functioning optimally, contributing to the enjoyment of aquatic facilities for clients and communities alike. Duties Assist with routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and water chemistry balancing to maintain optimal pool conditions. Learn and support the installation, inspection, and repair of pool plumbing systems and equipment. Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to ensure proper chemical balance and water quality. Troubleshoot common pool equipment issues such as pumps, filters, heaters, and timers using hand tools and power tools. Conduct routine maintenance on pool equipment to prevent issues and extend lifespan. Operate company vehicles responsibly while transporting tools, supplies, and equipment between job sites. Follow safety protocols diligently during outdoor work activities in various weather conditions. Qualifications Willingness to participate in paid training programs to develop technical skills in pool service and maintenance. Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude for working with tools is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to handle chemical agents safely and follow proper handling procedures. Prior experience with pool maintenance or aquatic facilities is a plus but not necessary—training will be provided! Strong customer service mindset with clear communication skills. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly. Experience with water treatment chemicals, troubleshooting pool equipment, or performing general maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory.
