Job Description

Overview We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. You'll assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property's facilities—helping to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our guests and team members. As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to: Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment using schematics, hand tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Conduct HVAC system repairs, including filter replacements, ductwork adjustments, and system calibrations to maintain climate control standards. Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs such as leak detection, pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and system flushing. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting and system adjustments. Execute welding tasks and mechanical repairs with precision to restore or improve facility operations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schematics updates, and equipment logs for compliance and future reference. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building operations within a hospitality or residential environment. Strong electrical experience with the ability to repair electrical equipment and interpret schematics. Mechanical knowledge encompassing plumbing systems, HVAC systems, carpentry, painting, and general building interior maintenance. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices such as ohmmeters. Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) procedures to ensure efficient facility management. Ability to read technical schematics and understand PLC programming for automation troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Leadership qualities with the ability to guide junior team members or contractors when needed. Customer service mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction through timely resolution of maintenance issues. Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
