We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for a full-time position. The shift schedule is Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Core Duties Identify, analyze, and fix industrial machinery and building systems, such as pumps, motors, boilers, electrical controls, and plumbing, to keep operations running smoothly. Execute both routine and reactive maintenance tasks to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Address urgent equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime. Keep detailed logs of maintenance activities and oversee the stock of replacement parts. Contribute to process improvement projects to boost the overall performance and dependability of our equipment. Adhere strictly to all OSHA, GMP, and internal safety protocols. Operate autonomously with little oversight and remain flexible to work extra hours when necessary. Professional Background At least two years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally within the pharmaceutical or food production sectors. Expertise in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, specifically regarding motor controls and PLCs. Proven track record in managing preventive maintenance schedules and performing technical repairs. Proficiency in TIG welding and the ability to speak both English and Spanish are considered advantageous assets. Essential Criteria Completion of high school or a GED is mandatory, while vocational or trade school education is highly valued. Excellent ability to collaborate with others and convey information clearly. Fundamental computer literacy. Physical capability to remain on your feet for long durations and handle weights of up to 50 pounds.
