Maintenance Mechanic

We are a growing manufacturing company seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, including pumps, gear reducers, seals, bearings, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems such as motors, control panels, variable frequency drives (VFDs), transformers, and related equipment. Perform equipment startups, shutdowns, and changeovers as required. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues affecting production and packaging equipment. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Assist in resolving production issues to minimize downtime. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or high-speed manufacturing maintenance. Technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred. Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment..

Schedule:

8-hour shifts Day and evening shifts available Monday through Friday Overtime as needed On-call availability may be required Occasional weekend work as needed
