What You'll Do:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on semiconductor implant equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, utilizing technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and expertise in semiconductor processes. Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to schedule, including cleaning, calibration, and replacement of parts. Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments, in maintenance logs and databases. Assist in the installation, setup, and qualification of new semiconductor implant equipment. Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing to continuously improve maintenance processes. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working with hazardous materials and high-voltage equipment.

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED. 4+ years of experience with ion implantation equipment.

What Sets You Apart:

This position needs a deep understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, particularly ion implant, and proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining complex. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with team members and reporting maintenance activities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
