If interested please send your resume to chris.caiozzo@randstadusa.com or call 631-784-3161 and ask for Chris. salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and related manufacturing equipment. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, servo, and control-system issues. Troubleshoot CNC controls, drives, motors, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and related automation equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, machine manuals, and technical documentation. Respond quickly to production equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests. Assist with machine installations, equipment upgrades, modifications, and commissioning. Work with production, engineering, quality, and other maintenance personnel to identify and resolve recurring equipment problems. Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs and preventive-maintenance activities. Support continuous-improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, uptime, safety, and production efficiency. Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and applicable aerospace-industry standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
