Looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Full-time, competitive benefits, PTO and Sick Time, $22-24/hr Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across a variety of systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the seamless operation of our organization. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and repair appliances, air conditioning units Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing maintenance support and ensuring safety standards are met Complete work orders Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician, experience in apartment maintenance preferred Valid NYS Driver's License and reliable transportation Demonstrated ability to read and communicate effectively Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, ventilation Mechanical knowledge to perform equipment repair, construction processes, and general maintenance procedures Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
