Hotel Maintenance Technician:

Perform preventive maintenance tasks and complete assigned work orders efficiently Respond to guest maintenance requests for guest rooms and public spaces Communicate with other departments regarding maintenance projects and room status Maintain security of master keys and follow approved sign-out procedures Assist with pool maintenance and monitor boiler or chiller readings as needed Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Your skills and experience: Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical repairs Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team members Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required Basic to intermediate computer skills for work order management Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform frequent bending, climbing, and standing What you can expect from
