• The Handyperson is a position within the line of operations of C&W Services. The incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance functions, including, patching and painting walls, replacing ceiling tiles and minor equipment, plumbing, carpentry repairs.

• + Install office partitions and furniture + Install a variety of flooring materials + Repair furniture + Patch and paint walls + Install and maintain door closers, locksets and passage sets + Perform minor plumbing repairs + Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment + Install bulletin boards and writing boards + Replace damaged, stained, or missing ceiling tiles + Replace damaged VCT floor tile + Refasten existing or replace damaged cover base + Analyze/assess problems quickly and accurately + Act independently and with little supervision + Learn new tasks and systems + To receive and give constructive feedback + To manage time well, accomplishing tasks on schedule + To use common hand tools + To use power tools + Ability to operate van, scissors lifts, basket trucks, and others as required + To understand written and verbal job instructions + To support company's goals and objectives + Perform other related duties as assigned, such as snow removal, assisting other tradesmen and emergency repairs •Other Duties•This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.

• Requirements
• 2-5 years previous experience as a handyman or related position
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Good interpersonal communications skills and ability to work with other people.
