Certified High‑Mix/Low‑Volume Precision Machine Shop with over 45 years of continuous operation. We are a top‑performing supplier supporting major military aircraft platforms, ground‑support systems, Boeing, Airbus, and emerging SpaceX‑related programs. We're looking for a dependable Shop Maintenance Technician who enjoys keeping a workspace clean, safe, and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Keep the shop tidy and safe: clean floors, restrooms, common areas, patios, entrances, and walkways; restock supplies; empty trash and recycling.
Maintain equipment and machinery:
Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment and CNC machines; wipe down and sanitize surfaces.
Help with repairs and projects:
Assist with small building repairs, painting touch-ups, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks under supervision.
Manage waste and yard areas:
Maintain dumpster and scrap metal zones; keep loading and storage areas organized.
Team support:
Work with the shop staff and management to keep workflow efficient; help during busy times and events.
Operate equipment as needed:
Forklift operation when required. Requirements Clean, valid driver's license. Forklift experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and move parts and materials. Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical is helpful.
