Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician with CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification and bring your passion for pool maintenance and repair to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring pools are safe, clean, and functioning optimally. Your expertise in mechanical systems, equipment repair, and pool care will help deliver exceptional service to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize your technical skills, and contribute to creating enjoyable swimming experiences for our customers. Duties Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning to ensure optimal water quality and safety standards. Conduct thorough inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators; troubleshoot issues and perform repairs using hand tools and power tools. Maintain detailed records of service visits, chemical treatments, repairs, and maintenance activities for each pool. Clean pools by skimming debris, vacuuming floors, brushing surfaces, and ensuring cleanliness of surrounding areas. Identify mechanical problems early through visual inspections and diagnostic testing; execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols rigorously during all maintenance tasks to protect yourself and clients' property. Communicate clearly with clients regarding service needs, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures to foster trust and satisfaction. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or pool technician with a strong background in pool maintenance and equipment repair. Valid CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification demonstrating expertise in pool operations and safety standards. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently. Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and water chemistry principles. Prior experience working outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality service standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service appointments effectively. Pay:
$1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week
