Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and cleaning of residential swimming pools. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties Perform regular pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Conduct repairs on pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks. Maintain accurate records of service performed and communicate with clients regarding their pool needs. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal pool performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment repair is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
