Marine Construction Crew Members (Dock Builders, Deck Hands, Crane Operators, Pushboat Operators)

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced and reliable professionals to join our marine construction team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in marine or heavy construction environments. We are currently hiring for the following roles:

Crane Operators Equipment Operators Deck Hands Forman Tugboat Operators Key Responsibilities:

Perform dock and marine structure construction, repair, and maintenance Assist with barge operations, material handling, and site setup Operate heavy equipment, including cranes and pushboats (as applicable to role) Follow all safety procedures and marine regulations Work effectively as part of a team in challenging marine environments Support daily operations on job sites, including loading/unloading materials and equipment

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marine construction or heavy construction Experience working on or around barges and waterfront projects preferred Valid licenses or certifications required for crane and pushboat operators Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing demanding tasks Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
