Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team for 2nd Shift 2 pm - 10 pm. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and apartment renovation and upkeep, along with general porter responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in resident apartments, public areas, and building systems Execute carpentry tasks including installation, repair, and renovations Understanding of Plumbing & Electrical Handle drywall installation, finishing, and demolition as needed Paint walls and cabinetry to maintain a fresh and appealing aesthetic Install and maintain various flooring types, including Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), tile, and carpeting Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities are in good condition Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance, renovation, or a similar role Proficient in carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, and painting Experience with flooring installation (LVT, tile, carpet) is highly desirable Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
