Job Description
- Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Overview
- We're looking for a skilled
- Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician
- to support production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. In this role, you'll work closely with production teams to ensure machinery operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
- What You'll Do
- ✅ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment ✅ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and production equipment issues ✅ Set up and adjust automated and manual machinery ✅ Replace tooling, punches, and machine components as needed ✅ Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns ✅ Identify root causes of recurring equipment problems and implement solutions ✅ Complete preventative maintenance schedules and documentation ✅ Maintain inventory accuracy for maintenance supplies and spare parts ✅ Support production teams and equipment reliability initiatives ✅ Follow all safety procedures and company standards •Required Qualifications•✔ 3+ years of industrial maintenance, millwright, or manufacturing maintenance experience •OR•✔ Technical training combined with relevant maintenance experience•✔ Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills•✔ Experience performing preventative maintenance (PMs)•✔ Electrical troubleshooting experience•✔ Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues•✔ Experience working with production machinery and automated equipment•✔ Understanding of root cause analysis and continuous improvement•✔ High School Diploma or GED•Preferred Qualifications•⭐ PLC troubleshooting or programming experience ⭐ Experience with molding equipment or molding operations ⭐ Industrial automation experience ⭐ Vision inspection or optical inspection experience ⭐ Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and work instructions ⭐ Strong documentation and maintenance recordkeeping skills •Schedule•?

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $25.
00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
