We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property's overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. $25 - $30 hourly Based on

Experience Responsibilities:

Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for responding to guest calls and work orders They need to have a broad understanding of basic electrical, mechanical, HVAV, plumbing, painting, wall coverings, carpentry, and electronic repair and maintenance

Qualifications:
