Schedule:

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday & Thursday off) Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment and systems within our property. Your expertise will ensure that our facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently, contributing to an outstanding guest experience.

What You'll Do:

Complete preventive maintenance tasks and minor repairs to keep the hotel in top condition Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Repair and maintain guest room furniture, fixtures, and equipment Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests and maintenance issues Assist with projects as directed by the Chief Engineer or Manager Deliver items to guest rooms as needed Maintain cleanliness of grounds including trash removal, light landscaping, and seasonal upkeep

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and ready to take ownership of your work Basic knowledge of maintenance (electrical, plumbing, or general repairs preferred) Ability to work independently and problem-solve Flexible and dependable — weekend availability is required Prior hotel maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
