Duties Assist with site preparation activities such as grading and site clearing to ensure a solid foundation for dock construction Construct docks by assembling framing, installing pilings, decking, and other structural components according to project specifications Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety standards on-site Follow all safety protocols and construction regulations to create a secure working environment for everyone involved Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites with an emphasis on waterfront or dock projects is highly desirable Valid driver's licenses to get to various job sites Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse crews Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions Embark on an exciting career path where your skills directly contribute to transforming waterfront landscapes!
