The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and clients effectively. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems and implementing solutions. Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and clients. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Familiarity with electrical systems, including wiring and circuit analysis. Experience using CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Proficiency in residential painting techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English to interact with team members and clients effectively. A customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring satisfaction with maintenance services provided. Must have a reliable vehicle and own tools!
