About the Role We're seeking skilled Countertop Installers with proven experience in residential or commercial projects. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations, representing our company professionally onsite, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Install a variety of countertops (quartz, granite, solid surface, laminate, etc.) with accuracy and care Perform onsite measurements, templating, adjustments, and final fitment Safely operate hand and power tools, including saws, grinders, polishers, and lasers Read and interpret fabrication drawings, shop tickets, and installation plans Load, transport, and unload materials with attention to safety and product protection Communicate professionally with customers, builders, and project managers Troubleshoot issues onsite and make adjustments for a flawless finish Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols Qualifications 1-3+ years of countertop installation experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of stone, quartz, or solid-surface materials Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfort using installation tools and equipment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Steady, year-round work Paid time off and benefits (optional: customize this for your company) Supportive team culture and opportunities for growth Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Occasional weekends depending on project load #
