We're looking for a Maintenance Technician / Mechanic to join our team in Tappan, NY . In this role, you'll help maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve the equipment that supports our manufacturing operations. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plant equipment, machinery, and related systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical equipment Maintain pumps, motors, compressors, valves, static mixers, and other manufacturing equipment Conduct equipment testing and diagnostics using gauges, flow meters, amp meters, volt meters, and other measuring devices Install and repair air piping systems and simple hydraulic systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and engineering drawings Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment histories, and preventive maintenance schedules Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment Work with vendors and internal teams to support plant operations and equipment reliability Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements and confined space regulations What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment Valid driver's license and safe driving record required; Valid CDL license is a plus Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with welding, fabrication, pipefitting, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, forklift operation, or industrial maintenance equipment is preferred. Occasional travel as required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds occasionally and work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, moderate noise, varying weather conditions, and occasional heights, dust, fumes, and airborne particles.
