We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support thin-film coating operations, CNC machining, and production machining environments. The ideal candidate has strong experience with thin-film coating technologies, vacuum systems, associated electronics, and equipment troubleshooting. What's in it for you? Responsibilities:
Hours are 2nd shift 3pm- 11:30pm Maintain and support thin-film coating equipment and vacuum systems. Troubleshoot coating and equipment issues through root-cause analysis. Lead and support maintenance projects focused on uptime, reliability, and MTBF improvements. Assist with facility systems as needed. Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve process and equipment performance.
Required experience:
Associate degree in a technical field plus 3+ years of high-vacuum deposition experience, or 6+ years of relevant experience. Experience diagnosing, repairing, and performing root-cause analysis on vacuum coating equipment
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
