The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment. Their duties involve a wide range of tasks, from minor repairs to more complex maintenance (under the guidance of a subject matter expert), and may include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. They also perform preventative maintenance, respond to emergency repairs, and ensure safety and compliance. Full Time Monday - Friday up to $25/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Inspections and Maintenance:

Regularly inspect equipment and systems to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.

Repairs and Maintenance:

Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry

Preventative Maintenance:

Implement and execute preventative maintenance procedures to minimize breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment and systems.

Emergency Repairs:

Respond to and resolve emergency maintenance requests, often on-call.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and inventory of spare parts.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and complies with relevant regulations and standards.

Collaboration:

May work independently or as part of a team, collaborating with other technicians or external specialists for more complex projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
