Job Description

Lingo Staffing is Door Builder Associate Associates in Alliance, OH! Door Builder Associate - Responsible for assembling and building residential and commercial doors and door frames in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role involves using hand tools, reading basic measurements and work instructions, operating a forklift to move materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work throughout the shift while supporting daily production goals.
Pay & Scheduled:
$15.00/hour (Based on Experience) 1st
Shift:
Monday-Thursday:
7:30 AM - 5:00
PM Friday:
7:30 AM - 11:30
AM Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Build and assemble residential and commercial doors and door frames. Must have 2 years of experience building or assembling doors and door frames is preferred. Tow motor/forklift experience is required. Must have 2 years of previous experience reading tape measures and follow basic production instructions. Operate a tow motor (forklift) to safely move materials throughout the facility. Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and production specifications. Use hand and power tools to assemble products accurately. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support production goals while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift. Valid driver's license preferred. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Must be able to pass a national background check. Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
