Maintenance Technician - Parkersburg, WV Looking for a rewarding maintenance position where your experience is valued, and your potential is recognized? Then we want YOU to join our team!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for multi-family apartment communities Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution. Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs. General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds. Assist in snow removal as necessary. Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or Equivalent Maintenance Experience or trade school education HVAC certification or the willingness to obtain one Driver's License and valid car insurance Personal, reliable transportation Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software Possess basic hand tools or can acquire them Service mentality and a thirst for learning

Positive Can-Do Attitude Excellent Attendance Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Salary:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
