Maintenance Technician

Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist with construction or renovation projects related to facility maintenance, ensuring safety standards are met. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs for accountability and future reference. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting electrical components, and performing preventative maintenance. Familiarity with construction practices related to facility upgrades or renovations is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude towards maintenance challenges.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
