Property Maintenance Technician Join a growing company where your skills are valued! Belle Village Apartments is seeking an experienced, dependable, and self-motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, take pride in your work, and have experience maintaining apartment communities, we'd love to hear from you. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, provide excellent service to our residents, and handle a wide variety of maintenance tasks while helping keep our community safe, clean, and well-maintained. What You'll Do Complete apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and preparing units for new residents. Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, appliances, and other building systems. Install and replace fixtures, appliances, and building components. Maintain the property's exterior, including lawn care and general grounds maintenance. Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls on a rotating on-call schedule. Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service to residents. Work safely and professionally while maintaining company standards. What We're Looking For To be considered, you should have: Experience in apartment or residential property maintenance. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs. The ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
