Full Time General Maintenance/Custodial:
Assumption Parish Assumption in Broadview Heights Assumption Parish Maintenance Crew- School and Church Job Description Full-Time 9:00am-5:00pm
- Hours per week 40
Primary Function:
work with maintenance crew to provide clean, healthy school and church buildings and grounds following all compliance standards and alerting supervisor, business manager or pastor to potential maintenance issues as they arise. Specific Responsibilities- School Sweep and mop floors, hallways & stairwells Clean and sanitize restrooms and remove trash Clean entrances
- glass doors & dusting door frames Remove trash from classrooms Clean cafeteria and kitchen floors, chairs and tables Inspect buildings and check for cleanliness and maintenance issues Keep inventory of cleaning supplies Specific Responsibilities
- Church Clean and mop floors, Vacuum throughout Specific Responsibilities
- School & Church Lawn care
- mowing, weeding, seeding, etc. Snow removal from walk ways and stairs Specific Responsibilities
- Set ups, tables and chairs. Specific Responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to physically lift, push and / or move cleaning equipment
- Background check and Safety of Children training completed prior to employment Range 18.
